The studio is led by Nishan Ratinam, a seasoned registered architect with a wealth of practical experience. With over 15 years of experience within the industry, Nishan boasts a history of active involvement in a diverse range of projects, spanning from individual upscale residences to high-value mixed-use developments. His expertise spans every phase of the design, documentation, and execution process — from preliminary feasibility evaluation to on-site contract administration. Additionally, his skill set includes project management and engagement with substantial and sophisticated stakeholders. Notably, he has also served as a client-side design manager for several high-value projects across Melbourne working with high-profile developers, including Mirvac, Frasers Property and PDG.
